He is a graduate of Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic (2017) and a Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Business Valuation, and Management Consulting. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants and the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). He is currently pursuing an MBA at Ajayi Crowther University.

Olasore James is the Founder of House of Accountants Professional Services, an accredited ICAN Tuition Centre providing professional training in Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, QuickBooks, Sage,Taxation, and related disciplines.

In addition, he currently serve as the Managing Partner of Olasore James & Co. (Chartered Accountants),where he leads audit,tax, and advisory engagements across diverse industries.

He is currently the Students’ Director at House of Accountants, where he lecture Strategic Business Reporting (formerly Corporate Reporting) and Performance Management to students preparing for the ICAN and ACCA professional examinations. He also taught Mathematics and Accounts in a secondary school in Lagos years back.

Professionally,he served as Head of Accounts and Finance at Meadow Hall Group Lekki Lagos and worked as an Internal Auditor for over three years, gaining valuable experience in financial management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and reporting standards.

Over the years, he built extensive experience across multiple sectors including oil & gas, banking, NGOs, education, hospitality, and fintech. His focus is on helping organizations enhance financial performance, strengthen corporate governance, and achieve sustainable business growth.

In addition to his professional practice,he is passionate about capacity building and professional development. He has successfully trained over 1,000 accountants and finance professionals in accounting, taxation, and business finance, contributing significantly to the advancement of the finance profession in Nigeria.
